There are several activities that I do for this week. The first, I visit on classmate’s blog and post some comment.  My classmate’s blog of each one is very nice. Most friends of mind is very nice blog and good design that make me consider on my blog is good or not.  I like most of their blog.  Then, my teacher review lessons for Mid-term Examination by discussion in small group in order to make sure knowledge for examination. I feel very excited for this test.  I prepare myself by review lesson at night and tutor in small group with my friend.  Finally, at the end of this week is Mid-term examination in the morning on Thursday, July 14, 2011.  In conclusion, this week is the most exciting, because there is Mid-term examination.!!!!!!!!!!

This week, I learn about marketing strategies that is product strategy and promotion strategy. Moreover, there is role play about interview.  First of all, I have to show role play in class that about interview.  Those day, I feel excited so much, because I ‘m shy that I have to show in front of class and talking.  My character is Human Resource Management for ask questions to interviewee.  My company’s name is TUA TUAM COMPANY.  Furthermore, group of my classmate is good action make me enjoy very much.  Next day, I learn about product positioning and promotion strategy.  This both is necessary for my brand, because it is strategies of marketing that make brand being in market.  All in all, this week make me very happy.  I like to watch a role play, because it is very fun and it is learning go out of the box.

There are  many issue that I study for this week; Maslow’s Hierarchical Needs, Brand Values, introduction Blog Project, and workshops.

The first, I study Maslow’s Hierarchical Needs in order to apply with my brand.  Then, I learn about brand values in other words product and positioning-for this issue make me know the brand positioning  of  my product.  The third, my teacher give advise to blog project what topic should post on my blog?.  Finally, there are workshops in class that is identifying product positioning.  There are varieties of brand that I have to analyze.  Moreover, I learn further on Victoria’s Secret for applying to my brand too.  

All in all, this week, I’m enjoyable and very happy.  Especially, I like workshop in class so much.  I receive increasingly many knowledge about international trade.  I hope that I can apply my knowledge as well.

There are several reason why I like Victoria’s Secret; beautiful model, beautiful bra,

fantastic fashion and beginning love to Victoria’s Secret brand.  Victoria’s Secret is a very

famous brand, because brand there are good selling strategy.  Whoever is belonging to this 

brand.    In fact that we choose this brand because we want to wear beauty, proud of 

yourself, living in a dream, and perfect bra.  Positioning of this brand is very sexy, very 

modern, long lasting, high quality and prestige.  The brand focus on the women. We 

decided to buy Victoria’s Secret , because you want to buy a sexy or good shape.  When 

we use brand you like that make you happy.

✿ Journal # 2 ♥♪

This week, teacher told me to take a brand name of your choice or get the brand you like. For me, I take the brand of “ Ferrari ”, because I like sport car and racing. The brand Ferrari is interesting. Ferrari is a beautiful car, high class, high quality, modern design and long lasting car. Importantly, Ferrari is very very expensive. 

      

In this class, teacher teach about business world and international trade or overview of 

terms. After that, this time is workshops in topic of “The Heart of Business” by looking 

for brand names in women’s bags. This activity I felt enjoy. My friends and I help to find 

brand names at all bags in group. After collecting then, there are five kind of brand names 

that we have for example cards, accessories, drugs and food, cosmetics and technology. 

Then we have to present our brand names in front of class for share with friends other 

groups. Another day, teacher teach about principle business. On Saturday, Aj.Gob have 

training for making Blog that make me to know how to make a blog.?  All in all, I felt enjoy 

in class and make me dote in Business World.

This week is the first class of ENG-380 English for International Trade course. Aj.Gob have the pre-test for “Welcome to a Business World” for students. After that, teacher introduce to course syllabus of this subject what I have to do. Aj.Gob teach me that study this course with using Blog. I think that this course is very interesting and exciting for this reason I want to study this course. Moreover using Blog, there are workshops in class activities. I think that workshops make me very fun and don’t boring. Aj.Gob told students to looking for brand names that you like and shows some blog example of my senior. The blog of my senior is very good and interesting. Teacher told that study further in M-learning. Hence, shall be the end for this week .
